In any workplace, especially corporate workplaces, employees should be happy and should be able to help & learn from each other. With Peersdom, corporates and other organizations can implement a peer learning program within their organization where employees can teach and learn from each other. Peer learning is one of the best ways employees can learn, grow, and contribute to their community and workplace!
Each corporate needs to have at least one Peersdom administrator. This can be anyone that works for the organization. The organization’s Peersdom administrator’s role is to approve learning sessions and the accounts of users who work at their organization. This is to ensure that all learning sessions are valid and that each employee/professional actually works for the organization they signed up with. The organization’s Peersdom administrator also has viewing and editing access to his or her organization’s profile. If the Peersdom administrator leaves the company, they must transfer their duties to another person. Due to this, we strongly advise that each organization set up a new email to sign up for and manage their Peersdom administrator account so that transferring the administrator account is easy.
